Sorry for not posting for over a month...

...The reason I haven't posted since the end of September is because I had a nearly psychotic episode at the beginning of October, I say nearly because though I didn't get any delusions as such I did become quite self absorbed and at one point quite destructive & morose at the same time, also I felt like I did in early summer 2000 when I was entering my major psychotic episode and with all that happening my medication got trebled over a 3 week period & I seem to be settling down again but the only trouble is I seem to be very creatively blocked but I'll take that if it means I will stay relatively stable and sane.

Also I'll just say, I should be posting regularly from now on but maybe not as much as before.
